Just as a home is marketed to Buyers, we'll want to market you, as a Buyer, to potential Sellers. I hold the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation which is considered the benchmark of excellence in buying representation.
As your buyer representative, I can assist you with the following:
- Evaluate your specific needs and wants as well as locate properties that fit those specifications
- Assist you in determining the amount you can afford (pre-qualify) and present properties in that price range
- Research the selected properties to help you make an informed decision prior to making an offer
- Advise you on structuring a competitive offer
- Present the offer to the seller's agent and the seller on your behalf
- Negotiate on your behalf to help obtain the identified property - keeping your best interests in mind
- Assist in securing appropriate financing
- Provide a list of potential vendors (e.g. movers, attorneys, inspectors) if these services are needed
- Most importantly, fully-represent the you throughout the real estate transaction
